David "Bart" Todd

Founder & CEO

Bart’s approach to capital was shaped long before spreadsheets and models. Growing up in a family‑run real estate business, he witnessed firsthand the discipline and accountability required to manage assets where decisions carry real financial consequences over time.

Throughout high school and college, Bart worked in his grandfather’s and uncle’s construction companies to help pay for school—experiences that instilled a strong respect for the value of a dollar which led him to major in economics. After graduating from college, he interned with the State of Utah’s public pension fund, advising approximately $3 billion in real estate assets, and later conducted economic research at Zions Bancorporation, where he co‑authored the Personal Income chapter of Utah’s Economic Report to the Governor.

Bart brings together grit formed through long days on construction sites, analytical precision developed through sustained intellectual rigor (current MBA candidate), and trust earned in environments where capital stewardship matters most. He evaluates risk with both an allocator’s discipline and an operator’s realism—always firmly keeping the value of a dollar in mind.
